Do I have to assemble the bike after receiving it?
Yes, Fat-Bikes are not delivered in road condition. They are 80% assembled, just bolt on the front wheel, connect the pedals and adjust the handlebars. This is quick and easy so you can ride the bike quickly.
Is the bike waterproof?
Yes, it is IPX5 waterproof, but for safety reasons we do not recommend using it in harsh weather conditions.
Why is the Fat-Bike advertised as 750w but the website states 250w?
Factory settings power limit 250W, with a maximum speed limit of 25 km/h, if you need more speed and power, you can unlock the function to 750W, speed 50 km/h.
How to adjust Fat-Bike's throttle function?
To unlock the speed limit on Fat-Bike, see the tutorial click HERE . Make sure you enter the four-digit code 8299.
How far can I drive on a single charge?
Range varies, but in general, expect 40 to 70 kilometers per charge, depending on factors such as terrain and speed.
Are electric bikes suitable for long distances?
While they're ideal for commuting and leisurely strolls, long journeys may require occasional charging stops. Luckily our battery is removable so you can always get a second one to go twice as far.
How fast can an E-Bike go?
Speeds are 25 to 50 kilometers per hour, you can change this in the settings on the screen.
Are e-bikes legal on public roads?
Yes, they are legal in many countries, but regulations vary, so check local laws.

How do I maintain an e-bike?
